El restaurant és responsable de mantenir correctes els preus, les promocions, la disponibilitat i la informació d'al·lèrgens que publica.

Les fotos del producte poden enviar-se a fal.ai/Rodin v2 i, només si falla, a Tripo.

Les còpies de les fotos d'origen s'eliminen en un màxim de 30 dies; el model resultant es conserva fins que s'elimina el restaurant o el compte.

Els drets 3D comprats estan vinculats a aquest compte, no es poden transferir i no caduquen. Cal un pla de pagament actiu per comprar-los i fer-los servir. Si el pla s’acaba, el saldo es conserva i es pot tornar a utilitzar quan s’activi de nou un pla de pagament.

The service and its provider

The party operating MenuPort acts as the data controller and can be reached at the address below.

MenuPort lets restaurants build a digital menu, generate 3D models of their products, share the menu via QR code and see menu statistics.

Your account

• You must provide accurate, current information.
• You are responsible for your account's security and for everything done through it.
• You may only use an account for a restaurant you are authorised to represent.

Responsibility for content

You are responsible for everything you enter into your menu — product names, descriptions, prices, images, allergen and nutrition details included.

Allergen and ingredient information is critical to consumer health. The service displays it exactly as you enter it; it does not check or verify it and cannot be held responsible for its accuracy. All liability arising from missing, incorrect or outdated allergen information rests with the restaurant.

You are also responsible for keeping prices, promotions and availability current. Information shown in the menu does not constitute a binding offer of sale.

You confirm that you own the rights to the images and text you upload or have permission to use them.

Unacceptable use

• Publishing misleading or unlawful content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempting to bypass security measures or straining the system with automated requests.
• Publishing another business's name, brand or material without permission.
• Artificially inflating statistics.

3D model generation

Because 3D model generation uses a paid infrastructure service, a daily per-account limit applies. The limit may change to keep the service sustainable.

Product photos are sent first to fal.ai/Rodin v2; if that provider fails, the same photos are sent to Tripo as a fallback. Source-photo archive copies are deleted within 30 days, while archived generated models remain until the related restaurant or account is deleted.

Model quality depends on the quality of the photos you upload; no particular result is guaranteed.

Purchased 3D credits

The six AI generations included with Premium are a separate rolling 30-day subscription allowance. Optional credit packs are one-time in-app purchases that add extra 3D generations after the included allowance is used.

Purchased credits are bound to the MenuPort account used for the purchase, cannot be transferred to another account, and have no fixed expiry date. An active paid subscription is required both to purchase credits and to use them. If a subscription ends, the purchased balance remains on that account and becomes usable again when a paid subscription is reactivated; it is not forfeited solely because the subscription lapsed.

Before the store purchase sheet opens, you must affirmatively accept these credit conditions. We record the accepted terms version and time with the verified purchase. One credit is deducted once a generation request is sent to the provider; a later provider failure or timeout does not restore that credit. A verified store refund or revocation may restrict the affected balance, subject to applicable consumer law and store rules.

If the account is permanently deleted, its account-bound balance can no longer be used, transferred or restored. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Store transaction records may be retained for refund handling, fraud prevention and applicable financial or legal obligations.

Pricing

Parts of the service may be offered free of charge. Being free now does not mean it will remain free indefinitely; if a paid plan is introduced, the change is announced in advance and you may stop using the service before it takes effect.

Intellectual property

The content you upload to your menu remains yours. To provide the service you grant a limited right to host it, process it technically (for example image resizing and 3D model generation) and display it to people viewing your menu. This right exists only for the purpose of providing the service and ends when you delete your content.

The software, design, name and brand of MenuPort belong to the service provider.

Availability

The service is provided as it stands. It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure provider issues or force majeure.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or damages arising from inaccurate menu content.

This limitation does not apply to wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor to liabilities arising from consumer legislation and mandatory provisions. The statutory rights of users acting as consumers are reserved.

Termination

You may delete your account from within the app at any time. In case of a clear breach of these terms, the right to suspend or close the account is reserved; where possible, notice is given so that you can remedy the situation first.

Changes to these terms

When these terms are updated the date above changes. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect; if you do not accept a change you can delete your account and stop using the service.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction. Users acting as consumers retain the right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
